I am already a member of MOAA, why do I have to pay local chapter dues?

MOAA National advocates on the national level, while our chapter is directly involved in programs in our region. Annual Chapter Dues are key to enabling the chapter to provide these services.

​

Your dues go directly to supporting the programs we put on at local veterans centers, cadet/midshipman ROTC/JROTC awards for thirteen programs in the region, chapter website/newsletter costs, paying dues to the PA Council of Chapters, and chapter liability insurance (that allows us to apply for MOAA and other grants).

​

Dues are currently $20 / year as of 1 August 2024.
